Hedy Goldman's career in real estate began in 1996 with the purchase of a single investment property, but with diligence and hard work, her career has since blossomed into the reputable real estate entity it is today.
To date, Hedy has helped hundreds of satisfied clients to buy and sell their homes. She has worked all over San Diego and boasts clients with condos Downtown, mansions in Rancho Santa Fe, and homes along the coast in the communities of La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad and Oceanside. Additionally, Hedy has worked with clients investing in newer residential areas as far from the coast as Temecula. What's more, over the past twelve years Hedy has also employed her professional experience to the management of numerous residential, multi-unit, commercial, and 1031-exchange investment properties of her own. Privately, Hedy Goldman is an active member of the San Diego community, a mother, a world traveler, and a fitness guru in addition to her obvious status as a real estate enthusiast. Even her daughters, Risa, 26, and Melissa, 22, are beginning to inherit Hedy's passion for the trade. Specifically, Risa, a Boston University graduate currently working as a pharmaceutical sales director in Newport Beach , has been investing under Hedy's guidance for years. And although she started by purchasing a Temecula home together with Hedy, it only took two years of competitive investment strategy for Risa to buy her mom out. Now, Risa owns 100% of this property—an impressive feat for a 26-year-old. Melissa, a recent Pre-Law graduate from Washington University in St. Louis , also has developing interests in the stability and lucrative nature of real estate investing. The mother-daughter pair plans to find a property to invest in together in the near future—hopefully they'll find one soon so it can mature in time to pay off her Law School loans!
